The world’s first catalog of indie sound fx libraries launches today!

I’m happy to announce that A Sound Effect – the world’s first catalog of indie sound effect libraries – has launched! Please help spread the word :)

Great sound design starts with having the right core sounds to work from – and there’s a goldmine of sounds out there that not many people know about:

The sound effect libraries from the independent sound design community.

These are sound libraries recorded by some of the world’s best sound designers – and they’re put together with an attention to detail you just don’t find anywhere else.

However, finding these libraries – and ultimately, the sounds you need – has been tricky at best, since they’re spread out across a huge number of individual pages.

Fortunately, that’s not the case anymore, as I’ve just launched a new project I’ve been working on for a while:

A Sound Effect, the world’s first catalog of independent sound effect libraries.

It features an overview of some of the very best sound libraries out there – and allows you to browse, search, preview to find exactly the sounds you need, all in one place.
